bull, you just shouldn’t allow unsportsmanlike conduct. it is very simple. if you throw a punch or shove someone, or do anything not directly related to the game, in an unsportsmanlike manner, you should be banned from playing for 2 years and be fined 40% of your gross income for those 2 years. take the profit out of thuggery, and thugs leave the sport.
